Jacque Thomas McNeight (a.k.a., Mick/Mac/JT) passed away December 4, 2021. Mick was born in Fredonia, NY on December 29,1944 to the late Jacque and Margaret "Peggy" McNeight of Newburgh, NY and then Lakeland, FL. While in the Navy, Mick met and married his wife of 52 years, Ruth Leslie Bailey. Leslie predeceased him in Aug. of 2020. Mick is survived by brothers, Tim (Cathy) McNeight of Redding, CA and Jim (Debbie) McNeight of Hoboken, NJ, a sister, Mary (Jim) Casion of Buffalo, NY, daughters, Susan (Rich) Miller and Melissa (Daniel) Samson, both of Lakeland, FL. Four grandchildren (their Bubba), Jeremy, Sarah, Danney and Mikayla, four great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews. Mick was a dedicated firefighter/EMT for Yarmouth, MA Fire Dept. until a serious injury forced him into retirement in 1985. There will be a private burial at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL and a memorial service is being planned in their Foxwood Lake Estates community for early February 2022.
