Kim Marie LoGuidice was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She left this world on January 17, 2022 after a short battle with breast cancer. She was born to Janet (Higgins) Cracolici and Salvatore LoGuidice on June 22, 1964 in Newburgh, NY. She was a lifelong Newburgh resident who was loved by many. She graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1982. Kim had fond childhood memories of growing up on Christie Road and Powelton Circle. Throughout her life, Kim had many professions: pathology assistant at Vassar Hospital, manager at Get Connected in New Windsor, and later on found her true calling of caring for the sick and elderly. Kim was one of the most gregarious people you would ever meet. She could talk blue streak, make friends wherever she went, and had endless love to give. She was the best storyteller and had an impeccable memory. Her sense of humor was one of her best attributes - she could make you laugh until your stomach hurt! Anyone who knew her, knew her love for animals, especially her Yorkies Quincy and Sissy. She is predeceased by the love of her life, her mother, Janet (Higgins) Cracolici. Kim is survived by her father, Salvatore LoGuidice; sister, Dawn LoGuidice Del Santo (Eric Del Santo) brother-in-law; her only niece Brianna Benitez (Stephen Hensley), who she adored. Kim has many friends who became her family: Susan (Fratto) Martin, Linda (Hastings) Kane, Cara Auerbach Rothstein, Thomas Reilly, Christy (Powers) Brower, and so many more. These friends were there with her during her most challenging days until the end. Visitation will be at Brooks Funeral Home in Newburgh, NY, with funeral services to follow. Date and time will be announced. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Kim's name may be made to an animal rescue of your choice, or Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties.
