Mark H. Smith, 66, of Gansevoort - passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Newburgh, NY to Harold "Smitty" and Frances Smith. After proudly serving in the US Marine Corp, Mark started his career as a Computer Technician. He retired from BOCES in Glens Falls in 2021. Mark enjoyed the company of his three cats, but his greatest joy was his beloved granddaughters and he treasured the time they spent together. He was predeceased by his parents Harold and Frances, and his wife Lori. Mark is survived by his daughters Jessica Huggins (Shane) and Hilary Smith; granddaughters Ellinor and Esmae; brothers Shawn Smith (Karen) and Leo Smith (Kim); sister Karen Smith; and many nieces and nephews.
