Rose Caroline Parisi, died peacefully in her home on Thursday April 14, 2022. She was born December 19, 1923 in Newburgh, NY. Daughter of Anthony & Pasqualina Jannotti. Rose is survived by her daughter Patricia Horning and her husband Steven Horning, grandson Jeffrey Horning, granddaughter Dayna Weiss, great grandchildren, Kirstiana and Trevor Horning and Hannah, Jack and Ethan Weiss. She is also survived by her brother, Carlo Jannotti and sister Antoinette Hutchings. She is predeceased by her husband Victor Parisi and son, Jeffrey Parisi. She was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Italian Center, Club 60, St. Rita's and St. Anne's Society of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She was a gold star mother. She volunteered many hours to local hospitals and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She will be greatly missed by her relatives and many friends. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, 10:00 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Poughkeepsie. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Poughkeepsie.
