He was an avid Yankees fan, most of his wardrobe donning pinstripes and NYs. He was the life of the party and always knew how to make people laugh. He had one of the biggest hearts imaginable and he was always generous and thoughtful even when he was at his lowest. He is survived by his pride and joy, daughter, Danielle McEwen, Son in law, Dr. KimTam Vaugeois as well as, the light of his life, his grandson, Ryan (Hurleyville); his brother, Jeffrey McEwen and sister in law Lisa (New Windsor); his sister Kathy Thompson, brother in law Phil (Rock Tavern), and their children Andrea and husband Daron (son, Hudson), Erica and her husband Eamon; and his companion, Lynn Barr.
