Kenneth F. Parker, Sr., 84, of New
Windsor, passed away January 5, 2023. Kenneth was born June
29, 1938, in Newburgh. He was one of three sons of William
and Mary Parker of Newburgh. Kenneth's wife, Rosalie Parker,
passed away in 2019. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth F.
Parker, Jr, and Jeffrey R. Parker, both of Newburgh, one
grandson and three granddaughters. Kenneth was an honored,
35-year employee of IBM, first in Poughkeepsie then East
Fishkill. As a quality engineer, he was instrumental in the
testing and development of emerging computer hardware for
large-scale, business use. He also proudly served in the
Army National Guard. He will be remembered for his love of
