Frances Maida Greig of Cary, NC formerly of Newburgh NY
passed away at home on Monday, July 3, 2023. The daughter of
Peter and Emanuela Madonia Maida, she was born on March 26,
1947 in Newburgh, NY. She was 76 years old. She was a
registered nurse at St. Luke's Hospital, Newburgh, NY and
Arden HIll Hospital, Goshen, NY. Frances is survived by her
son, Peter Greig of Brandywine, MD; daughter, Frances Perez
and her husband, Carlos, of Cary, NC.; grandchildren:
Cassandra, Alexander and Victor. She was predeceased by her
husband, John Francis Greig and daughter, Veronica Greig. A
memorial visitation will be held on from 1-3 pm on Saturday,
July 15th at the Gridley-Horan funeral Home, 39 Orchard St.,
Walden, NY. Cremation was in Cary, NC. To plant a beautiful
