Wilma Cassidy Drake of Chalfont, PA, formerly of Newburgh,
NY passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023, in Pennsylvania. She
was 97. The daughter of William P. Cassidy and Pauline
Cassidy she was born August 27, 1925 in Newburgh, NY. Wilma
was retired from Sears Roebuck. She was a 75+ year member of
Moulton Memorial Baptist Church, where she participated in
Christian Circle, and was a member of United Commercial
Travelers. She enjoyed reading, being with her children,
grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the widow of
Warner W. Drake Jr. Survivors include her son Jeffrey A.
Drake and his wife Melanie, daughter-in-law Brenda Drake,
granddaughter Stephanie Hurlock, grandsons Benjamin Drake,
Timothy Drake, Max Drake, sisters Barbara Hansche, Valerie
Cutler, 5 Great grandchildren . Along with her parents and
husband, she was predeceased by her son Ross C. Drake and
her sister Ann Tierney. Visitation will be Sunday, August
13, 2023, 12pm-1pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home. A service
will follow at 1pm. Burial will be in Berea Cemetery in
Montgomery, NY. (camera shy)
