Her family moved to Newburgh in 1949. She has been a resident of Montgomery, NY for approximately 10 years. Betty's husband, Nicholas "Nick" Antonelli sadly passed in July of 2018. While this was heartbreaking, Betty was still able to enjoy the rest of her life. Her family watched her nourish old friendships and even forge new ones. She was extremely active up until the time she passed. Betty was a member of many clubs and enjoyed many hobbies, including teaching ceramics for over 20 years. She was passionate about her family, her faith, and attended Mass every Sunday without fail. Betty spent most of her days crafting, painting, knitting and crocheting.              Betty had a signature look- perfection. No matter how many years passed, Betty's style stood the test of time. She was known her coordinating bright outfits, love of flowers, and the color green. It is rare that you would catch Betty without her red lipstick on. She was truly a sweet angel who cared for her family and friends with all her heart. No matter who she met, she always remembered them and asked about them and made sure she kept up with everyone. The Family would like to say a sincere thank you for anyone who has had the pleasure of loving Betty; and to thank all of her friends in the Red Hats Club, the Garden Club, and the Montgomery/Walden Senior's (Crafters) clubs who have brought her such joy these past few years.
