Leslie Wack Gibbs - Class of 1965 - Ticonderoga, New
York/Wells, Maine Leslie Ann (Wack) Gibbs, 76, formerly of
Ticonderoga, passed away on December 1, 2023 in Wells,
Maine. Born, February 21, 1947, in Middletown, New York, she
was the daughter of the late Charles D. and Fayola
(Mahaffey) Wack. Leslie was a 1965 graduate of Newburgh Free
Academy. She enjoyed attending some of the reunions and
still kept in touch and visited (as recently as November)
with schoolmates, Jackie and Linda. After the death of her
husband, David E. Gibbs, in 2016, Leslie moved from
Ticonderoga to Wells Maine to be closer to her daughter
Jennie, son-in-law James and grandson Lucas. By Leslie's
request, there will be no funeral. Leslie will be laid to
rest next to her husband in the spring at White Church
Cemetery of Crown Point, NY. Arrangements are under the
direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of
