  Robin Janel Brady, of New Windsor, NY, passed away on February 19, 2024, at Montefiore St. Lukes Cornwall Hospital. She was born on November 19, 1977, in Newburgh, NY, to William Brady and Katherine Grieve Brady. Robin was a devoted caregiver to her parents, a dedicated homemaker, and a loving stay-at-home mom. Her nurturing spirit touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her partner, David McGovern, her cherished children, Joseph McGovern and Madison McGovern, her beloved parents, William and Katherine Brady, and her dear siblings, Billy Brady, and Denise Brady. Services to honor Robin's life will be held at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Avenue, Newburgh, NY, on Friday, February 23, 2024. The family will receive visitors from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with services commencing at 6:30 pm. In keeping with Robin's wishes, instead of flowers, contributions may be made by attending her memorial fundraiser, which will take place on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The American Legion Post 1796, located at 29 Walnut St., New Windsor, NY. This event will be a celebration of Robin's life and a testament to the love she shared with her community. Robin’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the compassionate St. Lukes four north oncology nursing staff for their unwavering support and exceptional care during this challenging time. Their dedication brought comfort and solace to Robin's final days, and their kindness will forever be remembered with heartfelt appreciation. Robin's legacy of love and compassion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
           Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home on Friday, February 23 from 4 - 7 PM.
