Patricia Ann Grace of Newburgh passed away at home
surrounded by loved ones on March 16, 2024
Patricia was born in Newburgh to Luke and Loretta Grace on
July 27, 1950. She had four siblings: Elizabeth, Kathy,
Eileen, and William. DOB: 7.27.50 Patricia is survived by
her loving partner in life, Joseph A. DiSalvo; her daughter,
Renee; and grand children, Autumn and Micah. - July 27, 1950

Services will be private. Memorial
