Andrew Otto Siebern, 75, passed away peacefully, holding his
loving wife’s hand on Monday June 3, 2024 while at Tidelands

Carolina. He was born on March 15, 1949 in Newburgh, New
York to the late Arthur & Mary Palazzo Siebern.
Along with his parents, Andy is reunited in passing with his
sister, Janet Bartlett.
Andy was a hardworking man with a heart of gold. He was
raised in Connecticut where he received his BS in Industrial

finally retired after a lifetime of service, from r4
Technologies, Inc., in 2020. Andy and his family then
relocated to Murrells Inlet where he was able to enjoy the
finer things in life. In his free time, Andy loved walking
the beach with his wife, playing golf, and tending to his
garden. Andy also enjoyed time spent socializing and making
memories with friends and family as well as the occasional
cold libation. In his younger years, Andy was an avid runner
who proudly completed several 5k’s and loved biking. His
passion for staying active made him a staple in the local
gym. Above all else, Andy loved his family with his whole
heart. He will be deeply missed.

they would have celebrated 40 years of marriage this coming
