Dear Jan Josef,
If you contact the Newburgh Board of Education or Newburgh Free Academy and explain what you need it for they might send you a copy of the photo.
I know for a fact that Newburgh Free Academy has copies of the old Year Books in storage in the basement of NFA. I worked there back in the late 70's and personally seen them.
