I'm so sorry to hear of Kay's passing. I worked with her at the New Windsor Town Hall when she was Mr. Marsden's secretary. She taught me the ways of 'office life' as my job as secretary to the Building Inspector and Assessor was my first office job. What a charming, kind, thoughtful person. She was a delight to be around.
