I met Andy (Zutz) when I was in NFA. At the time, he was a teenage supporter of Ben Gilman for congress. Andy formed a TARS (Teen Age Repulicans) group of which I was a member. He was a smart, focused, driving individual. He went to Washington, DC and worked for Ben before returning to Town of Newburgh where he was Town Clerk for many years. Rest in Peace my friend.
