     Thomas James Eason, 66 of Newburgh, NY passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. He is the son of George and Mary (Gould) Eason. He was born in Middletown, NY on May 19, 1955. Thomas honorably served in the United States Army; after he was honorably discharged Thomas worked for the Department of Public Works, for the City of Newburgh. Thomas is survived by his beloved wife Dorothy Eason of Newburgh, NY and his only son Thomas James Eason Jr. - May 19, 1955 - September 11, 2021

Thomas James Eason, father of one child, passed away at the age of 66. Thomas had a passion for baseball and was a collector of New York Yankees memorabilia. He was known for his quick wit and infectious laugh. Thomas proudly served in the United States Army. After he was honorably discharged, he worked for the Department of Public Works, for the city of Newburgh. Thomas was predeceased by his father George Eason Sr., his mother Mary Eason and his nephew Jeffrey Eason. Thomas is survived by his son, Thomas James Eason, Jr., his older brother George Eason Jr. (nephew Scott Eason and neice Tamara Eason), his older sister Linda Salcedo (niece Michelle Medici and niece Stefanie Hughes), and his baby sister Penny Pellegrini (niece Athena Pinder and nephew Michael Pellegrini) and his wife.
