Charles Cimorelli - Class of 1945(Camera shy)

Charles W.
Cimorelli Jr., Age 97, entered into rest on January 16, 2025. He was born on
June 14, 1927 in Newburgh, New York to the late Charles and Antonette Ercolano
Cimorelli of Newburgh, originally of Italy. His siblings include his brothers:
Gus, Nicholas and James Cimorelli; and sisters: Ann Peel, Antonette (Toni) Wida
and Francis Cimorelli.
Charles was a 1945 graduate of Newburgh Free
Academy, and married Jeanine Bulson of Newburgh N.Y. in 1952. Jeanine passed
away July 16, 2019. He served in the United States Navy in 1945, and was
co-owner of Newburgh Concrete Block Company with his father and three brothers.
He also worked at Brescia Lumber in Montgomery N.Y., and finalized his working
career with the United States Postal Service.
Charles enjoyed watching
The New York Yankees, coin collecting, bowling, family outings, going to the
casino and watching westerns.
He is survived by his son, Charles
Cimorelli III and wife Janice Cimorelli, Grandchildren: C. Christopher Cimorelli
spouse Christine Cimorelli and Katheryn Kunkel and spouse Adam Kunkel;
Great-grandchildren: Olivia Kunkel, Gabriella Kunkel, Benjamin Cimorelli and
Brooke Cimorelli, all of Illinois; his sister Antonette (Toni) Wida of Newburgh;
nephews Bob Peel and wife Mary Peel, Paul Wida and wife Tae Sun; and nieces
Paula Cook and husband Thomas Cook, Mearle Ann Savino and Mary Ellen Score and
husband Bob Score.
Services for Charles will be private. - June 14, 1927
