    Michelle L. Riglioni Welton, of Cornwall, entered into rest on Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was 47.

Daughter of the late Edward Riglioni and Brenda (Bray) Morrow, she was born August 4, 1977 in Newburgh, NY.

A lifelong area resident, Michelle enjoyed reading, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and friends. She loved all things about cows.

Survivors include three daughters, Taylor Welton of Newburgh, Katelyn Welton of Cornwall and Davien Welton of Highland; two brothers, Michael Sebesta of TX, and Thomas Riglion of FL; one sister, Jennifer Riglioni of Poughkeepsie, NY; two grandchildren, Ayden and Bjorn; along with many nieces and nephews and her best friends Tressa and Melissa

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.

Plans for a Celebration of Michelle's Life will be announced at a later date.
