Roseann Carol Amen Welsh of  Rock Tavern, NY

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roseanne Carol Welsh(Amen), a beloved sister wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. She passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025, at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her sister Camille Antonucci and brother in law Primo Antonucci.

Roseanne was born on January 14, 1945, and her life was a testament to her unwavering dedication, loyalty, and commitment. She was a devout Catholic with traditional values who lived a life of service to her family and community. For 58 years, she was the cherished wife of Quintin Welsh, known to all as Butch.

Roseanne's greatest joy was her family, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments. She is survived by her loving husband, Quintin; her sister-in-law Stephanie Freeman, her three children, Christopher (Frances) Welsh, Colleen (Christopher) McFarlin, and Craig (Naomi) Welsh; three grandchildren, Kyla C. Welsh (Andrew), Christopher M. Welsh, and Cian Q. Welsh; and three great-grandchildren, Riley, Conner, and Keegan. She also leaves behind her treasured niece, Jennifer Krajeski (George), and two amazing nephews, Mike and Tommy Antonucci.

A true matriarch, Roseanne's home was a haven for everyone. She was an incredible cook whose amazing meals brought family and friends together, fostering a sense of community and warmth. Her kindness extended beyond her immediate circle, and she was a generous contributor to various charities. Roseanne's creativity and passion were a gift to all who knew her, and she was a teacher in every sense of the word. She had a lifelong love of reading and a spirit that will be deeply missed.

Roseanne's legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Roseann is predeceased by her parents Ida and Anthony Amen and her beloved sister Camille Antonucci.

Visitation will be held at Brooks Funeral Home 481 Gidney Ave on Tuesday August 19th from 10AM to 1PM. There will be a Funeral Home Service at 1PM. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery in New Windsor. - Amen
