James A Hall - Class of 1963

Mr. James
Anthony Hall, Jr. of Matamoras, PA died Thursday, November 13, 2025 at home. He
was 80.
He was born November 24, 1944 in Newburgh, NY the son of the late
James Anthony Hall, Sr. and the late Pauline Banetti Hall.
James married
Yvette M. DeGuise on December 13, 1992 in Cornwall, NY.
He proudly served
in the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1963 to 1966.
James worked for the New
York State Dept. of Transportation and later worked for ShopRite in Parsippany,
NJ.
He was an active participant in the Newburgh Free Academy (NFA) Class
of 1963 Lunch Group that met every month.
A family statement read: James
was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother & Uncle who was always there
for his family and friends, often lending a helping hand. He will be dearly
missed.

Daughter: Jamie Larreau and her husband Todd of Debeque,

9 Grandchildren:
Jonathan Nelson and his wife Amanda, Timothy Nelson and his wife Nicole,
Nicholas Evans, Brianna Lawson, Victoria Kirkpatrick, Kent Strumke, Jr.,
Christina Gose and husband Tyler and Ashley Mazara and husband Chad and
Christopher Larreau and wife Jaylee.
15 Great Grandchildren: Summer,
Aubrie, Mackenzie, Peyton, Bailee, Ava, Logan, Ivy, Caspian, Kilee, Lexy, Wyatt,
Sierra, Kory and Clarrisa.
Also several nieces and nephews
Sister-in-law: Judith Domenicucci of Gardner, NY
He was predeceased by
his daughter, Donna Jaycox Strumke; brother, Frederick Hall; brothers-in-law,
William J. DeGuise and Anthony Domenicucci and sister-in-law Marie Guarneri.
A visitation will be at the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 100 E. Main St.,
Port Jervis on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
A
Blessing Service will be held Monday, November 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM at
Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis.
Following the cremation will take place with a future burial of cremains in the
Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
