Carl Louis Leo - Class of 1949
Four of Carl's children and son Chris's children attended NFA. Chris is a 1981 graduate. Patrick (83'), Carla (84'), Shawn (85') & Jeffrey who graduated NFA in 1990.. Shawn is currently a teacher at NFA.

Carl Louis
Leo , 94, died peacefully Sunday, August 17, 2025, in Jacksonville, N.C., at
the Onslow Memorial Hospital. He was born March 14, 1931, in Newburgh, N.Y., son
of the late Pasquale and Francesca Leo of Newburgh, N.Y. He was an avid bowler,
loved horse racing and honorably answered the call to serve as a U.S. Marine in
the Korean War. He worked 35 years for the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company
(A&P) working his way up to manager, he was always proud that he never used one
sick day in his long career. He is survived by his five children, nine
grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
