    Al Pelella, passed away on February 24, 2026, the son of the late Louie and Anna Pelella. Al is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marisa Calvano Pelella. 2 sons Anthony Pelella, Christopher Pelella and his wife Vicki, grandsons Vinny and his wife Kristin, Andrew and Dominic, great granddaughter Milania, brothers Harry, Robert, Jerry, and Mickey, and many sisters in laws, brother in laws, nephews and nieces. Al is predeceased by his sister Judy Van Vlack.
Al brought so many smiles to anyone around. In addition, he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with and watching his grandsons play sports.
A memorial visitation will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Hudson Valley Funeral Home 239 Quassaick Avenue, (Rt. 94) New Windsor, NY., followed by entombment at Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Newburgh, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN - Alfred L. "Al" Pelella - 1941 - 2026
