  Barbara Cotton passed away on February 21, 2026, in Richmond, Va at the age of 79.

Born on January 25, 1947, in West Point, NY, she was the daughter of Slater & Myrtle Williams. She is survived by her sons, Lamar & Eric Cotton; brothers, Donald & Slater Williams; 5 grandchildren; & 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Redeeming Faith Church, 149 Johnson Street, Newburgh, NY.
