Patricia Ann Cook-Dominick passed away on March 19, 2026.

Pat was born on Jan. 31, 1955 in Newburgh, NY. She was the daughter of the late Fannie (Charles R.) Wise Sr. of Newburgh, NY and Francis (Barbara) Cook of Kenner, Louisiana and had attended Newburgh Free Academy.

She was a teacher's aide for the Newburgh School District.

She enjoyed living in upstate New York, Florida, and Louisiana, loved cooking, and always loved a good garage sale.

Pat loved her grandchildren and simply adored her great-granddaughter.

Surviving are her children, Dominick Spignardo (Beverely) of Wallkill, NY, and Charity Rose Crawford; stepchildren, Robert Dominick Jr. (Krista) of Oswego, NY, Christian Dominick (Kelly) of New Windsor, NY, and Juliana Swift (Aaron) of Mooresville, NC; siblings, Frances Mann (and her husband, David) of Maryland, Kenneth Cook of Texas, and Charles Wise Jr. (Joanne) of Oswego, NY; and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Dominick; son, Sands Crawford; and sisters, Debra Pinder and Delores Kotara (George) of Newburgh, NY.

She took great joy in being part of the family of five generations of Dominicks that loved her as their own. She loved her husband, Robert Dominick ("Big Bob"), and the life they built together over the past 30 years, and was heartbroken when he passed away nine weeks ago.

Pat was quietly strong in her faith in God. She will be missed by all of us.

Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.

There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
