"Mitch" Mitchell, age 75, a resident of Edinburg passed away peacefully on Saturday June 13, 2026 at the Mountain Valley Hospice House in Gloversville.
He was born in Cornwall, NY on October 26, 1950. The son of the late Clarence and Gloria Plona Mitchell.
He was employed as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for many years, working for many various companies. He was also the owner and operator of the Roadside Tavern in Edinburg for many years.
Mitch loved riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, boating and swimming.
Survivors include his brother; Keith (Janet) Mitchell of Edinburg and his sister; Leslie (Charles) Bare of Northville.
