Francis "Allan" Wheeler - Class of 1966
Francis Allen Wheeler, Jr. passed away peacefully on June 28th, 2026, surrounded
by loved ones.Francis was born on March 14th, 1947, in New York to the late Francis Allen Wheeler Sr. and Shirley Chiamonte. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris Jean Wheeler. He is survived by his sister, Linda Caradonna; his son, Francis Allen Wheeler III and daughter-in-law, Santa Illuzzi Wheeler; his daughter, Tammy Wheeler Havener and husband; Eric Havener, his grandchildren; Blake, Alexx, Marra and husband; Jake, Stephen, Kaden, Kara, AJ and wife; Heather, Zarra and Shannon and many cherished nieces nephews and treasured great grandchildren. Francis found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He loved bowling and never missed an episode of Jeopardy. He had a special affection for animals and was a lifelong, devoted fan of the New York Yankees. His kindness, humor and love for his family touched the lives of all who knew him. The world is a little dimmer without his light. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always. - Mar 14, 1947 — Jun 28, 2026
