    Debra Rosemaria Theriault (Antonelli), of Gouverneur, New York, passed away on July 15, 2026. She was born on July 20, 1957, in Newburgh, New York.

Debra dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a registered nurse, many years of which she dedicated to public health. She approached both her career and her personal life with kindness, compassion, and a generous heart. Her caring nature touched countless lives, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Outside of her profession, Debra found joy in the simple things that made life beautiful. She had a lifelong love of animals and was especially passionate about dog rescue, opening her heart to animals in need whenever she could. She also loved music, found peace in gardening, and treasured the beauty of nature and the comfort of home.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Jessica Moskowitz Paradis and son-in-law, Matthew Paradis; her granddaughter, Evangeline Paradis; and her brother, Gaetano Antonelli.

She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Hendricks (Antonelli), and her father, Nicholas Antonelli.
