    Kathleen "Katie" Kennedy passed away on August 13, 2026. She was 84 years old, born February 2, 1942 in the Bronx. She is the daughter of Maurice & Kathleen Gleeson.

Katie was a medical secretary and worked with Drs. Newman & Bivona in Newburgh, NY.

She is survived by her son Alan Kennedy of Jacksonville, Fla, daughter Beth Brown (Thomas) of Boston, Ma, her grandchildren Liam Kennedy of Queens, NY and Kyle Kennedy of Milwaukee, Wi as well as her identical twin sister Rose DiDonato of Newburgh, NY and many nieces & nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband Alan and 4 sisters.

Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday August 18th at 10am at St. Patrick’s church 55 Grand St, Newburgh
