    Philomeno "Phil"� Guerriero, of Walden, New York, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 16. He was 53.

The son of the late Aniello Guerriero and the late Maria Fusco Guerriero, Phil was born on November 10, 1972, in Newburgh, New York.

Phil is survived by his son, Daniel Alexander Toombs and his wife, Gabriella Vacante Toombs; his daughter, Adriana Somporn Guerriero and her partner, Albert Diaz; his former wife, Christine Toombs and her fianc, Peter Westcott; his sister, Raffaelina Guerriero; his brother, Nunzio Guerriero; his beloved granddaughter, Daniela Maria Vacante-Toombs; and several nieces and a nephew.

Years ago, when the family business was open, Phil worked alongside his parents at their family restaurant, Phil & Neil's Restaurant. A talented cook, he took great pride in being part of the family business and sharing that experience with his parents.

Phil loved his family and was especially proud of his children, Daniel and Adriana. He was thrilled to become a grandfather and cherished this new chapter of his life with his beloved granddaughter, Daniela.

Before his illness, one of Phil's greatest passions was detailing vehicles. It was something he truly loved and where he could often be found. He was well known in the area for his exceptional work and for giving the vehicles of family and friends that final polished finish. Phil took great pride in his work and found genuine enjoyment in restoring each vehicle to its best possible condition.

Phil will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory, his love, and the joy he brought to those around him will live on through his children, granddaughter, family, friends, and the many lives he touched.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Brooks Funeral Home located at 481 Gidney Avenue, Newburgh, NY. - November 10, 1972 ~ September 16, 2026

A Mass of the Christian burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 22nd located at 301 Ann St, Newburgh, NY.

A burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery located at 304 Walsh Ave, New Windsor, NY.
