  Richard Phillip Rhodes, 68, passed away suddenly on October 18, 2026.

Born on November 15, 1957, Richard was the beloved son of the late Charles Vincent Rhodes Sr. and Benedetta (Bessie) Piazza Rhodes.

Richard graduated from Mount Saint Mary College, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, reflecting his compassionate nature and desire to care for others.

Richard was a kind and gentle soul who will be remembered for his quiet spirit and warm heart. He lived his life in his own way, appreciating life's simple moments and the comfort of those who cared for him.

Richard is survived by his loving brother, Charles Vincent Rhodes Jr., and his wife, Anne; his niece, Marybeth Rhodes; his nephew, Matthew Rhodes, and his wife, Leslie; and his two great-nephews, Keith and Jack Rhodes. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Charles Vincent Rhodes Sr. and Benedetta (Bessie) Piazza Rhodes.

Richard will be remembered with love and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his family and those who knew him.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th at 1 PM at Calvary Cemetery located at 304 Walsh Avenue, New Windsor, New York.
