     Elizabeth "Betty" Martini of the Town of Newburgh entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. She was 89.

The daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Anzelone) Damiano, Betty was born February 16, 1937 in Newburgh.

Betty was a devout catholic and served for many years as the organist for Our Lady of Fatima Church and Our Lady of the Lake Chapel.

Survivors include her beloved son, The Honorable Jude Martini and his wife Carolyn, cherished grandchildren: Jude Jr., Luke, Marco, and Lea Martini. Step sister, Marie Darrigan, sisters-in-law; Elide Martini and Clarice Martini,

In addition to her parents, Betty was predeceased by her husband, Marco Martini, on March 6, 2011.
Visitation for family and friends will take place Friday, November 6, from 4 to 9 pm at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral Home, 188 North Plank Rd. (Rt. 32), Town of Newburgh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 am Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Chapel, Rt 52, Town of Newburgh.
Entombment will follow the Mass at Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Newburgh, NY.
