Bowen, Dawn Lopez of Newburgh, a former employee of Quest Diagnostic Labs entered into rest Thursday May 16, 2013 at St. Lukes-Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. She was 41. The daughter of Kenneth and Linda Michael Bowen, Dawn was born October 17, 1971 in Newburgh. In addition to her parents, Dawn is survived by her children: Shayne Lopez, Alyssa Lopez and Kylie Johnson, as well as a sister, Erica Bowen and a nephew. Memorial visitation to take place Thursday May 23, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at White & Venuto Funeral Home 188 N. Plank Rd. ( Rte 32) Town of Newburgh. Memorial service will commence at 8 p.m. following memorial visitation. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory. DePuy, Anne Marie Pacenza, 44 of Highland, beloved wife of Thomas “Tucker” Pacenza Jr. and loving mother of Thomas and Haley passed away suddenly on March 21, 2015. Anne Marie is the daughter of Elizabeth Raab and the late Andrew J. DePuy. She was born August 20, 1970 in Newburgh, NY. Anne Marie married Thomas “Tucker” Pacenza Jr. on August 17, 1996 at St. Mary’s Church in Newburgh, NY. She graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1989, and worked as a Sales Service Representative at BioReference Laboratories for the past 20 years. Anne Marie was a devoted wife to Tucker; the love of her life, just as he was hers. She was a loving mother to her two children, Thomas and Haley. They were the shine in her eye. She was always there for them in their academic and athletic endeavors. Always withholding nothing of herself, in order to fully nurture and provide them with the confidence and values they need to build a good foundation of character. Anne Marie exuberated the meaning of life. She had a gift for making everyone feel like family. She was always able to give of herself no matter the circumstance and leave everyone feeling moved by her uplifting presence. Donovan, Stacey Ann Anzalone, 41, passed away at her home unexpectedly Sunday, June 30, 2013, in North Carolina. A funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, July 5, at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, with Father Joseph Dionne officiating. Burial will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 4, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Wilkinson Funeral Home. Stacey entered this world Oct. 20, 1971, in New York. She was one of three daughters born to Raymond and Linda Ann Borg Donovan. She was an admired school teacher at W.M. Irvin Elementary School for the last seven years and was at A.T. Allen prior to that. She obtained her education from SUNY-Cortland. She graduated high school from Newburgh Free Academy in 1989 where she was crowned Prom Queen. She enjoyed traveling, loved her family and was proud to be a mother. She is survived by her husband, Thomas N. Anzalone Sr.; sons, Thomas "Tommy" Anzalone Jr. and William "Will" Anzalone; parents, Raymond and Linda Donovan, of The Villages, Fla.; sisters, Kelli Ann DeLoreto and husband, Stephen, of Highland, N.Y. and Samantha Lynn Boyer and husband, Michael, of Memphis, Tenn.; and in-laws, Charlie and Nancy Anzalone, of Concord. Hamilton, Sue Ann age 34, of New Paltz, died Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Benedictine Hospital, Kingston. Ms. Hamilton was born July 29, 1971 at Highland Falls, the daughter of the late Richard A. and Betty Jean (Jerome) Hamilton, Sr. She worked at Flannery's Animal Hospital, New Windsor. Sue Ann lived most of her life in Newburgh and then moved to Goose Creek, S.C. for 3 years and recently moved to New Paltz. She was a 1989 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. She is survived by one daughter, Alexandera Rose Hamilton of New Paltz, her mother, Betty (Jerome) Hamilton, of Goose Creek, S.C.; brother, Richard A. Hamilton, Jr. and his wife, Halyna Shepko of New Paltz and many nieces and nephews. Jennings, Richard "Ricky" 37, of New Windsor, NY, died Wednesday, May 20, 2008 in the state of Vermont. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, he was the son of Richard and Patricia (McMahon) Jennings. Mr. Jennings married his high school sweetheart, Sandra Vriesema. They were together for 21 years and married for ten. He was a Currier, employed by Avante Express in Newburgh, NY. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Vriesema) Jennings, and two sons, Richard Jennings, Jr. and Brandon Jennings, all at home; his parents, Richard and Patricia (McMahon) Jennings of New Windsor; two sisters, Ellen Ward of Newburgh, NY, Kylene and David D'Alfonso of Newburgh, NY; in-laws, Samuel and Elizabeth Vriesema of New Windsor, NY; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Anastasia and John McMahon; his paternal grandparents, Naomi Blackburn and Raymond Jennings; and his aunt and uncle, Maryann and Bernie Ward. Mr. Jennings was a loving father, husband, and a great son. Mr. Jennings was an assistant Scout Master Troop 55, Newburgh; a patrolman for Black Rock Fish and Game and an avid hunter, fisherman, camper and #1 father. Calling hours will be held on Friday afternoon, May 23, from 4-8 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday morning, May 24, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Newburgh, with Father John Vondras officiating. Shafer, Marie Francis of the Town of Newburgh, died suddenly on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. She was born June 28, 1970 in Poughkeepsie, and was a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. Marie was a free spirited person who loved her family, friends, her dog, Ashley and the great outdoors. She worked in the landscaping business for many years. Marie is survived by her parents, Diane and Gerald Shafer of the Town of Newburgh; two brothers, Gerald Jr. and his wife, Tiffany of Newburgh, and Robert James of West Palm Beach, FL; three nephews: Kody, Tanner and Jett Shafer of Stormville; maternal grandmother, Mae Celia Owen; paternal grandmother, Marie Francis Vincent; aunts & uncles: Gary and Sue Owen of Hopewell Jct., Ronald and Gail Owen of Beacon, George and Patty Shafer of Harmony, NC, Robert and Rosemarie Burch of Newburgh; cousins: Jennifer, Garry, Christine and Ronnie Owen, William, David and Karen Kiene, Denise and Michelle Shafer. Both her maternal grandfather, Robert Owen and paternal grandfather, Gerald Shafer predeceased her. Everyone who knew Marie would agree that she was a beautiful, loving, generous and fun-loving person. A wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend, she will be missed by everyone whom she came in contact with. The family invites all who knew her to celebrate her life with them from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday, June 6, at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh.
